Seniors' Ministry Worker 

Salary: £21,450 - £24,375 pro rata – dependent on experience & qualifications.
Contract: 20-hours per week

Winchester Baptist Church (WBC) is a caring church seeking to appoint a new Seniors’ Ministry Worker to lead the work with seniors which is an integral part of the church’s profile and its focus on mission.
 
The Seniors’ Ministry Worker will be assisted by a team of volunteers to enable the present activities to grow and flourish in both the church and the community.
                                                                                                                                      
The job requires a genuine desire for working with seniors.   Relevant work experience is necessary, preferably in a church setting, although this is not essential.
 
A level of leadership experience in equipping, empowering and encouraging a team of volunteers is also required.
